I hereby accept sole and complete responsibility for any damage or injury I might experience on the CNF 2008 Home Tour.  This agreement is understood in California to be a waiver and release.  By signing this agreement, I understand I release and waive any rights I could have against any person or entity affiliated with the Home Tour, including, but not limited to the organizers, the leaders, the sponsors, the homeowners of the houses I visit, College Neighborhoods Foundation, any of its present, past or deceased board members, and the very nice people who allowed us to copy and use this waiver.  If I have brought minors with me on the Home Tour, like my children or relatives or friends, I agree to assume sole and complete responsibility for them should they fall down and go boom, swing from a tree into a canyon, fall into a pool, dash into a street, crawl under a house, or whatever.  I have read, understand, and agree to be bound by all terms and language above, which, even though written in a light tone, I realize is serious.
