The College Neighborhoods Foundation and Stephen Seus from
Coldwell Banker Real Estate are co-sponsoring the 2004 Spring Classics Home Tour
featuring the wonderful neighborhoods of El Cerrito and College Park on
Saturday, May 1, 2004. This tour highlights seven spectacular homes located in
the area north of El Cajon Boulevard, west of College Avenue, and east of
Collwood/54th Street. Neighbors open their homes to provide a view of
these beautiful, historic, and custom build homes featuring popular period
designs, outstanding décor, and colorful landscaping.
Complete the form below to purchase tickets. You will
receive the instructions of where to pick up your tickets and start your tour by
return mail close to the event date. Your ticket is your entry into each
home. No one will be admitted to any home without a ticket. The information line
is 619-265-8545. Each touring guest will need to sign a waiver with the
following language prior to starting the tour. Please review this language prior
to event.
I hereby accept sole and complete responsibility for any
damage or injury I might experience on the 2004 College Neighborhood
Foundation Classic Home Tour. This agreement is understood in California to be
a waiver and release. By signing this agreement, I understand I release and
waive any rights I could have against any person or entity affiliated with the
Home Tour, including but not limited to; organizers, leaders, sponsors,
homeowners of the homes I visit, College Neighborhoods Foundation, any of its
present, past or deceased board members, and the very nice people who allowed
us to copy and use this waiver. If I have brought minors (not miners) with me
on the Home Tour, like my children or relatives or friends, I agree to assume
sole and complete responsibility for them should they fall down and go boom,
swing from a tree into a canyon, fall into a pool, dash into a street, crawl
under a house, or whatever. I have read, understand, and agree to be bound by
all terms and language above, which even though written in a light tone, I
realize is serious.

tour is not recommended for the disabled, as there maybe stairs/steps.
