CNF Spring Classics:
"El Cerrito Home Tour"
Saturday, May 1st
Once again San Diego at-large is presented an
opportunity to visit the beautiful homes within the College Neighborhoods. By
popular request, the College Neighborhoods Foundation (CNF) home tour series
returns to El Cerrito featuring seven homes in the El Cerrito and College Park
neighborhoods. The Spring Classics home tour is sponsored by College
Neighborhood Foundation (CNF) and Stephen Seus of Coldwell Banker Real Estate.
The CNF nomination committee has selected homes
illustrating the multi-layered landscape of El Cerrito and College Park
featuring eclectic residential architecture from the 1920’s, 30’s, 40’s
and 50’s, and one newly-completed home of spectacular quality and design. The
opportunity to visit these seven special homes happens only on May 1, 2004 so
reserve this date on your calendar.

include:
Yager/Ryan House,
a 1929 home of Spanish Colonial Revival style.
Farmer/Williams House,
a Henry Holdridge Spanish Colonial Revival home built in 1932.

April 18th if tickets are available you may leave your name, contact
number, and desired start time on the answer box. A representative will return
your call to confirm the start time else discuss other available options in the
tour process. It is highly suggested you
mail your reservations early as tickets may sell out, and optimum start times
fill quickly. Reservations also avoid longer processing lines on tour day.
The College Neighborhoods Foundation and
Stephen Seus of Coldwell Banker Real Estate, in advance thank the owners who are
so graciously opening their homes for this tour. Homeowners will receive
research and documentation on the history and architectural significance of
their properties. Profits from the home tour are invested in programs that
