The ECCC is located within two City-designated Planning Groups;
- the College Area Community Council (CACC) covers the area North
of El Cajon Blvd, and
- the Eastern Area Communities Planning Committee (EACPC) covers the area South of El Cajon Blvd.
One of the reasons for the importance of the ECCC is to join these two halves of our community around El Cajon Blvd.
